Family relationships can be both beautiful and challenging. These challenges can quickly become overwhelming and extra support can help prevent and repair harm. If you are experiencing increased conflict, communication issues, feelings of disconnect or isolation, going through separation or divorce, processing grief, or other challenges in your family relationships, therapy can help support you and your family in creating positive change. I work to provide a safe space to openly discuss and explore these challenges, striving to make room for everyone to feel heard and understood as we work together to identify potential solutions. I work with various family configurations, ages 15+.
